At Zeline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your local carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
